How my Medicine works
My path of awakening was not linear. From childhood into my early thirties, it came in waves, moments of deep remembering followed by years of integration. When I finally accepted the call into service, my life began to organize itself around Spirit, ceremony, and the responsibility of holding space for others.
Since then, I have walked in devotion to this work.
At the heart of my practice is the role of spiritual midwife and guide. I support people through periods of initiation, transition, and deep personal transformation. Many who come to work with me are practitioners, space-holders, and leaders who sense they are here to serve, and who are ready to step into that path with greater clarity, integrity, and embodiment.
I am known for building strong, energetic containers. Whether through breathwork training, mentorship, or ceremony, my work focuses on creating spaces where people can safely and responsibly access deeper layers of themselves. Transformation happens not through intensity alone, but through steady presence, structure, and integration.
This is not “quick-fix” work. It is a path of commitment and embodiment.
My approach bridges the mystical and the practical. While my work is deeply informed by ceremony, lineage, and spiritual guidance, it is always grounded in lived experience, ethical practice, and the realities of modern life. I support clients in integrating expanded awareness into their relationships, work, leadership, and daily practice.
My medicine moves through:
professional breathwork trainings
group and private ceremony
long-term mentorship
retreats and pilgrimages
recorded teachings and transmissions
I work with clients globally, both in person and virtually.
The deeper layers of my path
Over the years, my work has been shaped by a number of spiritual lineages, teachers, and guiding forces. I walk in a relationship with the Divine Feminine, with Christed and Sophia-based teachings, I walk with the Andean Cosmovision, and a prayer that was downloaded through my teacher’s teacher, and now I walk with him directly, and with ceremonial traditions that have guided my own initiations.
I have received spiritual names through ceremony and through years of devotional practice. These names are part of my personal path and relationship with Spirit. They inform how I hold space, how I listen, and how I serve, though they are not something I place above the lived experience and sovereignty of those I work with.
My role is not to position myself as a guru or authority over others. My role is to stand at the threshold and support those who are remembering who they are and what they are here to do.
Commitment and readiness
To experience meaningful change, a level of commitment is required. This work is not a one-time session or quick transformation. The people who receive the most from working with me are those who show up consistently, develop a personal practice, and take responsibility for their own path.
I support people in building sustainable spiritual practices that can exist within modern life. Integration is as important as insight. Journaling, embodiment work, and consistent reflection are often part of the process.
This work is for those who are ready to walk the path, not perfectly, but sincerely.
In service
I am here to serve those who feel called toward deeper spiritual embodiment and leadership. Those who know there is more to remember.
Those who are ready to live in alignment with their path.
Wherever you are in the world, this work can meet you.
Here and now.
