Creating and closing sacred space with precision, prayer, and purpose while anchoring into our sacred foundation.
Sacred Tools & Technologies
Rattles, feathers, drums, smoke, sound; how to work with them ethically, energetically, and in reverent relationship without cultural appropriation. We will also have a session dedicated completely to the topic of cultural appropriation.
Channeling and Discernment
Understanding what energetically moves through you and your clients during breathwork. Navigating the sounds, codes, and beings that may arise with grounded clarity.
Energetic Hygiene & Protection
Energetic protection, energetic consent, boundary-setting, and how to stay clean while holding powerful ceremonial space.
Body Wisdom & the Chakras
We engage the body and its energy centers through breathwork, with conscious attention to the unique sensitivities of the throat, third eye, and crown chakras.
The Shadows of Spaceholding
Cultivating discernment in our words and actions, understanding what is to be spoken, what is to be held in sacred silence, and how to walk in right relationship with the unseen realms.

A Collective of Medicine Women, Weavers of Light, and Keepers of the Breath
Together, we walk as sisters of Spirit; three women whose paths have been interwoven since 2019. Our shared devotion to shamanism, breathwork, and spiritual transformation has deepened into a living tapestry of trust, reverence, and remembrance.
Our spider web continually weaves us in and out of each other’s lives and offerings, supporting, witnessing, and uplifting one another through ceremonies, initiations, and sacred projects devoted to the awakening of humanity and the healing of the Earth.
Timmie Larode
A Midwife of the Soul & Keeper of Ancestral Fire
Born in Trinidad & Tobago, Timmie’s path was shaped by her mother’s lineage of prayer and service. Living between New York City and the Sacred Valley of Peru, she carries ancestral codes of devotion, plant medicine, and ceremony. A Shamanic Reiki Practitioner, Holistic Birth Doula, Multidimensional Medicine Woman, and Tabaquera, she guides others to transform pain into power through sacred ritual, tobacco medicine, and the remembrance of soul.
Sam Summers
A Ceremonialist, Cacao Priestess & Woman of the Waters
Sam embodies the nurturer archetype: a mother, healer, and intuitive guide who walks with tenderness and wisdom. Her communion with the unseen led her to study Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and Breathwork (Double certified), and to step into the heart-opening path of Cacao Ceremony. As a multidimensional medicine woman, through her grounded presence and deep emotional attunement, she holds loving, earth-rooted spaces for healing, reconnection, and the reclamation of inner harmony and truth.
Rebecca Llewellyn
A Multidimensional Medicine Woman, Shaman of Light & Way Shower
Rebecca bridges spirit and form through breathwork, mentorship, and ceremony, guiding others into embodied awakening. A triple-certified Breathwork Practitioner, Mentor, and Channel, she has walked the path of service for over fifteen years. As the Lead Trainer for Seven Directions Breathwork in North America, she is dedicated to cultivating facilitators who are rooted in integrity, ethics, and heart. Living on the lands of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas, she honours the ancestors through her breath, her teachings, and her song.

NO. This is not a shamanic training. We are three shamanic practitioners and Breathwork professionals teaching you shamanic foundations and practicalities to support your ceremonial breathwork.

NO. We kindly request that you try to attend at least 50% of the live sessions and participate in at least one Q&A Session to support you. All teachings are recorded and you will have lifetime access to the platform to return to on your path.
