I am also something harder to name in a bio.

I am a medicine woman, multidimensional channel, shamanic practitioner, and triple-certified breathwork practitioner and teacher.

Founder of Divine Roots. Lead North American trainer for the Seven Directions Breathwork Facilitator Training. Eighteen years walking this path in devotion to Spirit and service.

People who work with me often say the same thing: something shifted before I said a word. What moves through my field creates ground before it creates insight. People soften. They tell the truth. They remember things they did not know they had forgotten.

My names

During my first Dieta with Grandfather Tobacco, I received my Spirit Name: Rebecca Maria, The Ancient One. I have grown into that name slowly, with responsibility. I also walk with the sacred names White Deer and Cosmic Jaguar; not as titles, but as living relationships with Spirit that shape how I hold space and how I serve.

My Path

I am a non-Indigenous Canadian committed to Truth and Reconciliation. I live and work on the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas, covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant. I am honoured to call Hamilton home. I work with people globally, both in person and online. I love being Local, so I hope to see you in one of our Ontario, Canada offerings!
