Private Breathwork Sessions
For those who are curious to go deeper in their self-exploration and healing, 1:1 breath sessions. My role is to support you through the experience, creating a container for you to feel held so that you can release anything that comes up or needs to be moved through your bodies ( emotional, physical, energetic..). We then explore the experience, bringing you to a new awareness and state of being.
I offer breathwork in 2 ways
Conventional Conscious Connected breath
Shamanic Ceremonial and Channeled Breathwork.
The primary difference between the 2 sessions is the addition of energy work and shamanic tools.

Breathwork facilitators and practitioners who are walking in the highest integrity know that supervision is key. Just like quality therapists lean into supervision for their practice, breathwork professionals are no different.
We do this to benchmark our practice and our work when tricky clients or client situations arise. We lean into supervision when boundaries need support and we also lean into mentorship when we are seeking the opportunity to grow, our practice, our work, and our breathwork business.
I am here to support you, just as my personal mentors and my supervisors support me.
I offer 1 off sessions as well as packages for cost savings for those who want to deepen their path and grow with me as a breathwork professional.
Channeled Mentorship Session
Spirit guides this way. Channeled mentorship sessions are part reading & mediumship, part guidance on your path and whatever may be alive for you at this moment. Some people use these sessions for support on their personal & spiritual path, some for guidance on their healing or soul-based business, and some for mentorship on their gifts and abilities that they are learning to work with.
Spirit is in charge of these sessions, and we allow whatever to come through.

Personal Rapeh Ceremony
Rapeh is a preparation of powdered medicinal herbs, often with a tobacco base. It is a sacred snuff that is administered through the nose for clearing and detoxifying.
The effects of rapeh are experienced very quickly and can be intense. The practice and ceremony of consuming powdered plant medicines through the nose is an ancient one that dates from the pre-Columbian days and was first observed among the Brazilian indigenous tribes.
From the indigenous point of view, it is a sacred shamanic snuff medicine with profound healing effects.
Rapeh is made from a variety of medicinal plants for different purposes – to protect, to clear, and detoxify energy, to induce visions, to have energy, and more.

Personal Rapeh Ceremony & Shamanic Ceremonial Breathwork
2 medicines together to support you in connecting with the portals of your soul as we open with prayer.
You will be served Rapeh which is a sacred snuff that is used by Shamans and Indigenous people of the Amazon. The Shaman uses this medicine in prayer rituals to invoke the forces of nature for healing and to receive the blessings of the forest, ground, clear, and connect to a higher source.
Your Rapeh ceremony is followed by an Integration period where you will journal and reflect post-ceremony and be supported through Integration which then leads into a 1-hour Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony.
