The Path of the Medicine Carrier is a 12-month shamanic training, one that moves through the core foundations of this work and extends beyond them, into the layers, the lineages, and the living intelligence that traditional frameworks alone cannot hold.
It is a year of becoming.
The Door has been waiting for you
Perhaps you have been in a ceremony. You have sat in circle, moved through breathwork, or felt the land speak to you in ways you could not explain to anyone else. You have known for a while that you are walking a path, even if you have never had the words for it.
But when you looked for a way to train properly, to go deeper, to be held in something rigorous and real, you either found things that felt too introductory, too commodified, or too far from the lineage and integrity you were seeking. Or you found my work, felt the resonance, and quietly wondered whether there was a place for you.
This is that place.
The Path of the Medicine Carrier is for everyone and anyone who has ever wanted to learn more about shamanism and did not know where to start.
You do not need to be an advanced facilitator.
You do not need years of prior study or professional credentials.
You do not need to already know what you are becoming.
You need the call, and you need the commitment. I will share that you will require the willingness to show up honestly for a year.

No prior breathwork training, shamanic study, or facilitation experience is required. This is the beginning, and it is designed to be exactly that.
WHAT THIS TRAINING HOLDS.
This training will not rush you.
It will not give you a technique without a foundation and It will not skip the parts that are hard.
The Path of the Medicine Carrier begins where most trainings are afraid to begin: with prayer as a shamanic technology. We being with lineage and with the question of whether you are walking in right relationship before you touch a single tool.
Our training then moves through the core work, and further into channeling, galactic frequencies, shadows, entities, soul retrieval, and the full arc of what it means to carry medicine in this time. This is not a training that stops at the traditional. It honours tradition as the root, and grows from there.
HOW THIS TRAINING IS DELIVERED
Each month, you will receive a recorded teaching module from Rebecca.
This is intentional.
Shamanic learning is not best received in a live stream. It asks to be listened to more than once. It wants you to sit with it on a Tuesday morning and return to it on a Thursday night when something has shifted. It wants to live in your body before it lives in your mind. The recorded format is not a compromise. It is the delivery method the teaching requires.
The live calls are held for something different.
When you come to the monthly call, you come having already received the teaching. You come with your practice, your questions, and whatever the month has moved in you. Rebecca's full presence, her discernment, and her capacity to hold the field are brought to bear on exactly that: your actual living experience of the work, not a re-delivery of content you could have received on your own.
This is where real mentorship happens. Not in the transmission of information, but in the tending of a student who has already begun to embody it.
All monthly group calls are recorded. If you cannot attend live, the recording will be available to you. You may also submit questions in advance so your inquiry is held in the call even when you cannot be present.

THE CURRICULUM
The arc of this training moves the way initiation moves: from foundation, through practice, through tools, into service, into shadow, and finally into integration and the life that lives forward.
Month 1 | Prayer as a Shamanic technology
Every ceremony begins here. Personal prayer and intention. This is the sacred opening beefore you learn anything else, you learn to listen.
Month 2 | Cultural Appropriation and Appreciation
Held this early by design. You will walk the entire year in right relationship with the traditions and tools you are learning to work with. This includes lineage and sourcing. as well as the difference between appropriation, appreciation, and transmission.
Month 3 | Altar Work
Building and tending. Working with the technology of your personal altar, the working altar, and the ceremony altar. The altar as portal, not decoration.
Month 4 | Grounding
Grounding In yourself and in those you hold. This is the foundation beneath every technique and everything we do. You will know it in your body before the training is done.
Month 5 | The Energetic Bodies
The subtle body. The layers, the fields, the chakras. Learn how to perceive them, learn how to work with them without projecting onto them.
Month 6 | Shamanic Journeying and the Three Worlds
Learn how to work with the Upper, Middle, and Lower worlds. Discover your Power animal and build your relationship with them as your guide. This is where your own journey practice begins.
Month 7 | Sacred Tools
Drum, rattle, feather, smoke, sound, water. This is where you learn to be in right relationship with each one. Tools are not accessories. They are relationships and need to be respected and learned.
Month 8 | Channeling
What channeling is and is not. This is where you build Discernment begining with your Personal practice. Learn how to stay clean in the channel.
Month 9 | Shamanic Hygiene
Energetic protection, clearing, and daily practices. How to come into the ceremony and leave it cleanly.
Month 10 | Shadows and Entities
This is about Perception and once again and always discernment. The foundation for everything that comes next.
Month 11 | Extractions, Cord Cuttings, and Soul Retrieval
This is where we step into some Advanced energy work. The invitation will be to practice with your study buddy before you bring it to others.
Month 12 | Integration and the Medicine Carrier Path Forward
Bringing the year together. Your certificate is the initiation into exploring what lives on the other side of this.
PLUS: Five bonus modules drop through the year to deepen the work as you are ready for it: Sacred Boundaries, Tobacco, Power Animals, Galactic Frequencies, and Soul Retrieval.
WHERE THIS SITS IN THE DIVINE ROOTS ECOSYSTEM
The Path of the Medicine Carrier is the entry point to serious shamanic training in the Divine Roots world.
Its sister offering, Feather and Bone, serves certified breathwork professionals ready to bring shamanic foundations into their existing practice. That container requires prior certification.
This one does not. It is for anyone walking the shamanic path, regardless of professional background.
A breathwork facilitator could do both. They are not redundant as these two courses teach different things, and they take you to different places.
Your Guide
Rebecca Llewellyn is a medicine woman, multidimensional channel, and triple-certified breathwork practitioner. She is the founder of Divine Roots and the lead North American trainer for the Seven Directions Breathwork Facilitator Training. She carries the name Rebecca Maria, The Ancient One, and walks with the sacred names White Deer and Cosmic Jaguar.
She has been walking this path for a long time. She will not teach you what she has not lived.
