How do you know when you're being called to become one?
You love breathwork.
Maybe you have for a while now, or maybe it came into your life and quietly rearranged something in you that you are still integrating. Or did you find yourself talking about it to people who didn't ask?
Maybe you notice what happens in a session and think.... not always, but sometimes, I wonder what it would feel like to hold this for someone else? hmmmm ...And then the thought passes, and you hear a voice...
Because who are you to do this?
You are not a therapist or a healer. You don't have a practice. Maybe you think that you haven't done enough of your own work yet or at least that's what the voice says. You came to breathwork for yourself, not to become anything, and anyway, you don't even know what your offering would look like, or if you would want to offer anything at all.
So you let the thought go.
But the niggle ... the whisper... it comes back.
I want to speak to that thought today. I am not here to convince you of anything; I just want to ask you to stay with it a little longer than you usually do.
Because here is what I have noticed across every cohort I have trained.
The people who ask ‘who am I to do this’are almost always exactly the people who are meant to.
It isn't because doubt is a sign of readiness, but I think it is because the people who are genuinely called to this work tend to take it seriously. These humans feel the weight of it all, and they understand, even before they are trained, that what happens in a breathwork session matters. That the person on the mat is trusting someone with something real.
That seriousness is not an obstacle! It is the beginning of integrity.
And to the specific questions I imagine are moving through you right now:
You do not have to become a full-time facilitator. Some of our graduates facilitate as a central pillar of their work while others weave it into an existing practice like therapy, coaching, yoga, bodywork, somatic work. Others facilitate privately for small groups, or seasonally, or simply hold space for the people already in their lives who need it. There is no one shape this takes.
I promise that you do not have to know what your offering will look like. That clarity comes through the training, not before it and usually right before graduation. We have never met a graduate who finished ten months without knowing exactly how this fits into their life. The path reveals itself when you are on it and I cannot wait to share our upcoming grads voices with you soon!
You do not have to be certain you want to facilitate at all. Some people come to this training entirely for themselves and personal transformation. For their own healing, their own deepening, their own relationship with the breath. I can tell you that something happens in ten months of devoted practice inside a genuine container. Sometimes the person who arrived with no intention of facilitating is the one standing at the end wondering how they could not. I see this every year!!!
If you are simply interested but not sure, that is enough to have a conversation with me
That is all a breathwork call with me is. A conversation. Not a commitment or an audition. And I promise you it is not a sales pitch as I am not that person! It will be just two people talking honestly about where you are, what you are feeling called toward, and whether this training is the right fit for this moment in your life.
You don't have to have the answer to anything. you just have to be honest about the question.
If something in this has landed somewhere real, I would like to hear from you.

We still have space for November, and I would love to have you join if you feel the call.
