How do you know if you're meant to facilitate?
This is the question I get asked more than almost any other.
And I want to answer it honestly, not with a checklist, not with a qualification list, but with the truth as I have come to understand it through years of walking this path and watching others step into theirs.
Here is what I know:
The people who are meant to facilitate are rarely the ones who feel completely ready. They are the ones who feel simultaneously drawn forward and quietly terrified. They are the ones who have been the person their friends call in the middle of the night. The ones who have always held space without being taught how. The ones who have walked through their own fire and came out the other side knowing, not just intellectually, but in their bones, that transformation is real and that it is possible for anyone willing to do the work.
This woman, me, in her corporate construct, doing a side hustle of energy medicine and shamanic work, had no clue the breathwork would change her life from the inside out!
Does that sound familiar?
But I also want to say this clearly: you do not have to know that you are going to facilitate to say yes to this training.
Some of the most profound journeys I have witnessed in this work have been from people who arrived simply because they felt called to the breath.
They feel called to the community. To 12 months of devoted personal work inside a sacred container. These souls had no roadmap, or five-year plan; they didnt sign up with a business vision. They just knew, in the way that you know when something is for you, that this was their next step.
And what happened? The training met them exactly where they were. It asked of them what they were ready to give. And it gave back more than they knew how to ask for.
Oh, how I grew! Me during my first training...I had no idea how I would grow! And to have my husband and my family support the path I chose to step onto...

Some of those people are now facilitating. Some are not. All of them have changed.
So here is the real question, and I invite you to sit with it rather than answer it immediately:
Is there something in you that has been saying 'yes' to this, even quietly, even underneath the doubt?
Because in my experience, that quiet yes is rarely wrong.
Our November 2026 cohort is forming. Our first 6 spots are taken. If something is stirring in you, let me know! Feel free to email me and tell me where you are, whether you're a clear yes, a quiet maybe, or simply someone who keeps finding themselves back in this conversation with the breath.
All of it is welcome here.
